Historic RateBeer checkin - 2017-09-24 - Lucky enough to sample this at the brewery itself. Darker than most lambics I've seen with a bit of carbonation. Quite a resinous bitter edge given by the hops. Interesting, complex taste

Robe cuivrée, très trouble. N: nez hyper particulier, très différent de ce que j'ai pu tester en Cantillon même si on retrouve des similitudes G: moins acide et moins pétillante qu'un lambic mais amriche en saveurs, foin, fermer

Cloudy golden with a tiny white head. Fruity and sour tones with a nice bitter/sour finish.

Bloemen, vers stro, wat groente en funky in de geur. Stro, bloemig en wat hout in de smaak. Droog wrange afdronk.
