2013. Funky, utlenione, korkowe, piwnica, średnio intensywne. Smak pół wytrawne, kwaśne, korkowe, piwnica, goryczka wyczuwalna, utlenione, średnio się postarzało.

Note to self - game day is not the time to drink Cantillon. The first (and hopefully last) time I drink a lambic from a plastic cup 😂

Could definitely tell it was missing the wheat from the base. Was a bit rough around the edges compared to the regular ones

Very hoppy and crisp aroma, especially for a Cantillon. Subtle start and then some notes of hops. Not bitter at all compared to how it smells. Very easy drinking.

Tons of hops on the nose. A little hop on the palate leads to some woodiness and bitterness but mostly just a very solid lambic.

Aged hops in nose. Hoppy and bitter but still well balanced. Good complexity 2022 - sorry Kostas 😀

Toffee, mint, hoppy, bitter, tangerine. Like a sour WCIPA.
