Day 1 from yet another box. Hope the quality of this advent stays like this. Sour acidic cherry 🍒 Could probably descale the kettle by breathing on it. Last time I had this it cost €10.

Bottled 8Feb2021. Fresh cherries. More dried hay than barnyard/horse blanket. Equally tart and dry as 3 Fonteinen, but seems less bitter.

Spettacolare. Colore di un rosso carminio molto acceso, a naso sembra di trovarsi catapultati nel mezzo di una fattoria Belga. A gusto forte sentore di ciliegia fermentata con particolari note acidule, accompagnate dai classici tratti delle lambic.
