Super soft Kriek. Right amount of tartness, sourness and funkiness and a lovely cherry flavor in the background take you to a dry finish and invite you to keep drinking. Awesome Lambic…

Season 20/21 Sehr saurer Sauerkirschensaft. Schmeckt schön, aber beim Trinken hat man das Gefühl das die ganz massiv im Vordergrund stehende Säure dem Rest des Bieres die Bühne stiehlt. Ich hab mehr erwartet und werde Mal eine ältere Flasche probieren.

6/1/21 bottle. It’s not acetone or battery acid like some recent fresh bottles we opened, but still way too sharp. Sour cherry candy, lemon, light oak, vinegar, and Cantillon house funk. 3.7
