Pink reddish, pink head. Soft cherry flavoured, slightly sour cherries, bit of hay, soft carbonation, very subtle flavours. Excellent.

Unbelievably fragrant cherry aroma. Mouthfeel creamy, smooth, fruity tartness, slightly dry. Long finish.

Het is een zuur biertje en niet te zoet. Het is fruitig genoeg en heeft een diepe smaak van donkere kersen. Met wat Carbon zodat het prikkelt op je tong maar ook hier niet teveel van zoals bij frisdrank. Lekker biertje voor, bij en na het diner.
