Темно-красный c розовой бородкой. Дух и плоть: различная вишня, земляника, древесина, лимон, ноты бальзамического уксуса, минеральная вода, орех, немного древесины и земли. Насыщенный без глупостей.

30 AUGUST 2021 - For me this is just about the perfect balance of tart/sweet with some light to moderate acidity.

Rich, sharp, fruity and hints of sweet biscuity bitterness from the yeast. The small bits that are novel are very interesting but also very subtle.

Smells mega acetic - straight up vinegar - but tastes dry, funky, and like a bushel of cherries. Lots of fruit skin, fairly tart. Quite good.

Très sympa du beau fruit , bel équilibre, après de là à taper les 4.5 et autre je suis pas forcement d'accord ^^

La kriek lambic de cantillion reste sèche en bouche ce qui lui fait ressortir la griotte authentique sans aucun sucre résiduel. Une pure lambic artisanal.
