Anders als beim letzten Check-in war mir das Lambic diesmal zu sauer mit zu viel Kohlensäure. Vom Geschmack her allerdings wieder sehr aromatisch und kirschig.

Season 20/21 Sehr saurer Sauerkirschensaft. Schmeckt schön, aber beim Trinken hat man das Gefühl das die ganz massiv im Vordergrund stehende Säure dem Rest des Bieres die Bühne stiehlt. Ich hab mehr erwartet und werde Mal eine ältere Flasche probieren.

Je bois enfin cette kriek. Cerise + funk Cantillon au nez. En bouche cest vraiment généreux, ça se boit sans soif quand on aime la gueuze. Cerise bien la, encore jeune 19/20 mais vraiment aboutie

Acidité tartrique à la limite du supportable pour mon palais. Notes de griottes très nettes, tirant sur la framboise juste mûre. Une verdeur de feuilles qui tire sur l'amertume.

2019! Phenomenal. Probably the best Kriek I've had from Cantillon, maybe one of the best I've ever had overall. Impeccable balance of dry, tart, and sour cherry. Speaking of, the sour cherry on this is brilliant too. Incredible extraction, just lovely.

Just slightly tart, not as sour as some of the Krieks I’ve had. Splitting beers with a fellow country ticker!
