Zwanze 2020 - Brettrave

Lambic - Fruit

This year, we wanted to return to our roots, which inspired the special blend for Zwanze 2020: Lambic with beetroot! The beer's color is intensly red, fluorescent even, and the nose is fruity yet quite earthy. The palate is complex, a nice balance between the acidity of the Lambic and the roundness of the beetroot.

EB Quintessence Trip April 16-19. Cool to finally try this. Really well executed beetroot character. Bit demanding to drink on its own but I’m sure it’s amazing with the right food pairing.

Voor bieten echt wel goed in balans en goed voor je vo2MAX. Beter dan zonatura, Voor meer wetenschappelijke onderzoek: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/28067808/

One of my five a day sorted. Earthy beetroot on the nose then follows through exactly the same of the palate, dry finish

Straight beets on the nose. Taste has lighter beets along with citrus, light to medium acidity, green apple

Red beets upfront, earthy, sour, wood, funk and dry. Paired with cherries with elderflower, kefir and beets. Another nice pairing.
