Bon lambic avec dry-hop d'Hallertau Mittelfruh. L'acidité est bien balancée et c'est rafraîchissant.

Nose is bright and tart, expressing citrus, grass, and a mix of sweet and funky yeast. Taste is also bright and tart, with apricot, green apple, spruce, caramel and lemon rind. Chamagne like carbonation makes this a crusher despite the acidity.
