期待してたホップ感極小で青柑橘風味すごい強い。酸もタップだからか弱め？少しの苦味。いつのなのかわからんけど昔のやつの方が好きだな。

かなりグレープフルーツ感強し。あまりホップを感じないなあ。むしろ昔ながらのランビックのニュアンス。しっかりと濃く、どっしりとした酸味でカンティヨンらしい酵母感。美味し。

Very interesting beer. I have been aging this since 2016, so I would imagine it has developed pretty considerably since then. But it is a good beer, very pithy, with a tart punch. Almost like a grapefruit, without the grapefruit flavour

23 March 2022 - lovely hoppy with aged hops. Balanced acidity.
