Oprecht een van mijn favoriete Cantillon bieren die ik tot dusver heb mogen drinken. De hop voegt echt iets toe. Heerlijk!!

Traditional Lambic beer. Sour, fruity, metallic, woody. Medium body and carbonation. Good sour bitter balance. Another Cantillon masterpiece.

Bottled Jan 21. Fresh aroma of citrus and apple. Spritzy and sour. Red apple, white grape, some sweet orange? Some lovely oak and tannin on the finish, which is dry and refreshing. Had this one awhile, really pleased with it!
