W miarę dużo się tu dzieje mimo łagodności. Bardziej winny niż ostatnio pity, wyraźna taniczność i aromat winogron. Kwaśność na idealnym wręcz poziomie, średnia dzikość. Klasa, wchodzi jak soczek. Nadal moje top3 z Canti. Ciekawe, który rok...

Primao lambic bevuto. Birra non semplice, ovviamente dominante il carattere acido molto simile a quello del vino, ma l'aspetto più straordinario è quel sentore di legno che rimane sia durante che dopo la bevuta

Aromat wiśniowy, cierpki. Bardzo przyjemny. W smaku lekki kwasek, wiśnie, zaznaczona cierpkość. 😷

About last night. Drinking this after my wedding day with my (now) wife (!), parents and best friends around the fire. What a day. About the beer: 2020, rich Bordeaux grapes flavor with top level lambic beer, tart, wood, tannins, ... Beautiful

Jammy nose, the tart merlot comes through super heavy, ends fantastically dry and tart. The sour hangs around quite a lot. Fantastic.
