Tannins! Juicy and chewy, some nice grape juice sweetness, and a bit of salt. A bit of grape seed bitterness, which is enjoyable. Probably the most approachable lambic this far

Fruity, and yet so dry. Very little sourness on the back end

Grape flavor is very nice, even from the required plastic cup

Advertised as 7% in the bar but Untappd will be correct, no doubt. Black grape, a tad medicinal, tart with the lambic character still distinctive. Lovely. A third at £4 is not bad for any Cantillon beer.

Last night. Fresh bottle. These are better with 4-5 years on them.

Damn that's tasty. Complex, tart, dry as a desert. Superb.

LCI 3/12/21, can’t remember who brought this but it’s always evident with a Cantillon just how good they are at this! Edit Cheers Stephen.

Missed out buying a bottle from Mr West back in Melbourne so was excited to see it on tap. Really is quite scrummy. Dark fruit, tannins, tart 👌🏻👌🏻 BierCaB too dawg 🍻
