Raspberry, red grapes and summer fruits, minimal funk. Very subtle but sophisticated layering of flavours.

Grape Lambic 😲 I have no idea what the local phrase for that is. You know cherry is Kriek, raspberry is Framboise, etc. The grape flavour is very subtle. Most of it is overpowered by the sourness of the beer. Still really good though.

Not nearly as bracingly sour as regular Cantillon but drier. Quite fruity but just under the surface on nose and palate.

Не, ну нужно было конечно в бутылке такое брать. Налили с пятого раза, пена будто азот, да и во ощущениях тож. Либо просто что-то запороли. Само пиво то вкусное.

W kiku na kranie, wiec rocznik nieznany, ale to raczej nie za niwy, bo nieco oborzasty - to niecodzienne jest. Owocowosc az sie troszke pod tym chowa.

Nice reddish colour. Merlot grape in the nose. Well balanced an suitable sour lambic. RB 2008
