1e bière de la trentaine. Nez vineux à mort qui se transmet en bouche. C’est rond, super boisé. Fruits rouges discrets mais qui amènent une belle acidité. Looooongue finale. C’est absolument délicieux.

Cherry made more complex by the grape fruitiness hinting at tannins. The funk is quite hidden, lactic is there. The body is very drinkable and acidity does not wear out the palate. Wood. Barrel and stems. Subtle cherry-red grape yoghurt tail.

Sharp at first but becomes very drinkable. Vinous, black cherry and smooth. Dry and sweet.

Curiosa. Piuttosto magmatica sia al naso (note di uva e melograno si alternano alle classiche note acide) sia in bocca. Ma il risultato complessivo è gradevole e di facile beva.

On cantillonne! Fraîche de la Belgique. Merci aux Dominguez et aux Russels. Pas dans ma palette, mais j'apprécie l'expérience.
