Sour beer turning into a symphony of nuttiness as the tail fades away. Kudos to Beer Gonzo Tap 1 after one year + of hiatus.

Check in 1000 (related to 2017 RB). Colour is unclear ruby/reddish with a tiny fast disappearing pink head. Aroma is grapes, lemon, red barries, acidic. Taste is medium sourness and medium to heavy sweetness. Lot of fruit’s sugars. Light to medium bodied.

Belle robe vin rouge léger, bon nez sur le tanin et le funk, assez léger en bouche plutôt doux avec une finale brettée
