약간 산미가 강해 스파이시함으로 느껴짐 (향) 온도가 낮을 땐 산미가 꽤나 강하게 남아있는게 신기함 온도 올라가니 펑키함도 올라오고 은은하게 남아있는 검은 색 나무 향이 좋음. 영광!

Very well carbed and still light color. A bit dusty but little sign of oxidation. Lots of funk. Still some brightness. Held up amazingly well!

LCI. My oldest Cantillon to date! Tastes amazingly fresh, with mild oxidation. Sherbet and lemon are there. Missing some funk, and it seems a tad dusty. Perhaps over the hill as I expected a little more depth.
