Non sono il mio stile preferito ma una Cantillon Gran Cru non si può tralasciare

Purposefully flat; the base for lamvinus and rosé. My least favorite of the flight but still delicious and wish it was carbonated.

#LCI #ZwanzeDay yesterday. New one for me so checking in to the main entry rather than the year (2019-2020). No carbonation. Really interesting aroma. Much different than the others. Enjoyed it with the really well put together food portion. Cheers GP!

Flat, no head and tastes slightly metallic but was poured from an adorable basket. 😅

Pours dead flat. Funk from the barrel. Why carbonate when you don’t have to?

Quite different. Needs time. Oaky. Growing tartness.

What constitutes a bio? Whatever it is, it’s great. Light-bodied and incredibly delicate, with apple and lemon the prominent flavours. There’s a subtle underlying spice that gives a little zippiness on the finish, reinforced by that tart, funky goodness.

Initial Aroma is a sour and vinegary hit on the senses but the taste although tart is more mellow. Light bodied smooth and funky, there’s a green apple saison vibe and oakiness to this easy drinking Lambic.

Checking in as genetic because I don't see the 2023 version. Had a good gift card so decided to use it on a $50 bottle from Belgium. A tad disappointed with this year's version. Low tartness and a tad flat, still enjoying a beer from this great brewery
