Dry smooth, with that lovely Saison aroma I love so much.

Smells footy, low carbonation. Cork, mild and green grape with some florals and some chewy fresh bread late. Ok, not my favourite Cantillion.

Burunda oldukça yeşil ve tabii ki bretty. Hafif barnhouse. Bardaktan dolayı koklamak yine zor. Damakta hafif karabiber ve beyazbiber notaları. Maltsı bel kemiği. En özel gueuze değil içtiğim. Yine de enjoyable. İyi 🍻

Burunda karabiber, kirmizi elma notalari. Eksi bir bira ama hic rahatsiz etmiyor, cok rahat iciliyor.

Pear-like aroma. Fresh on the palate, with a strong astringent taste. Pear and grapefruit-like sweetness and acidity slowly develop on the palate.

It's a five for shear audacity. Cantillon, sparkler, cask!? The head retention is phenomenal, the temperature is perfect.
