Kegged 2022. A bit smoother and more apples than some other batches.

Vinous, yeasty, oaky & tannic, like a white wine with carbonation removed. But there's a thin, watery, chalky quality late in the piece that has me scrunching my face after each swallow & the lack of carb does nothing to hide that effect. #1001 #waob #wbg

Funky, vinous and dry. The carbonation is almost gone because of the bottle share held on last weekend

Funk en hinten van appel in de neus. Geen carbonatie, primaire aroma's van druif, funk en appel. Licht zuur, complex smaakprofiel. Doet erg denken aan wijn.

Metallic touch which I wouldn't expect from a lambic, and the stillness is a bit perplexing, but a very cool flavour profile. The horseradish that overpowered the Grandma's Boy is so much more light and refined here

Whoo! This is a nice, mild, "cereal-based wine", straight from the source. Thanks Eric H. ! What a treat.

Hints of a Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc or sparkling wine. Earthy, apple cider / white wine vinegar. The bottle we had was unfortunately not well carbonated. Lambic Bio Saison 2014-2015, bottled March 2018.
