17 year old lambic. Like drinking an oak plank. At the beginning this drank like it was going to be insane but it quickly funked out to something I didn’t love, almost moldy. Very cool experience to drink a 18 year old beer. Tho. Cheers again to Dennis!

The lack of carbonation gives it an interesting mouthful. Funky and tart with interesting fruit notes

Smager af hjemmebrændt men man har fucket opskriften op. Den er flad. Den er sur. Den er ubalanceret. Rigtig dårlig.

2017 vintage - Still, has notes of green apple and loads of funk. Sourness, and not in a good way for me. A bit dissapointed, as the lack of carbonation makes it a tad to harsh on my palet.

Beau nez typique lambic et Cantillon avec funk poivré, vineux et vinaigré. Dégustation d’abord aigre-douce, toujours bien poivrée (saveur pas ingrédient) puis très douce et maltée, tarteuse, base céréalière solide sous douceur caramélisée désaltérante.

Stabilt och väldigt gott! Enkelt och lite enkelspårigt, men likväl en fin nivå! Ingen kolsyra alls i denna. Passar bra!

Väldigt mjuk. Knappt någon kolsyra, mer som vin än öl. Smakar nästan lite utspädd cherry. Fast typ god.
