Heerlijk, zacht van smaak na 6,5 jaar. Zuurtje is wat naar de achtergrond, zoetje zit erin en een beetje een "droge" nasmaak.

Something nice for my first Father's Day! Smellin burnt lemon peel, apricot and light hay funk. Flavor upfront is much the same, lightly sweet. Touch of tobacco. Citrus rinde and mineral bitterness in the back half. So crisp, so clean. Cheers, dads.

Bottled Feb 22. Very funky, tannins are coming out a bit more than I remember. Lingering finish.
