Loads of funk and hay, tart and dry with fruity notes of apple and tangerine! Developing very nicely and still had a lot of aging potential.. Soft and smooth!

After 5 years, it has developed into a soft sour beer. Very nice and very drinkable. Smooth, dry finish; just lovely!

Buteljerad 29 mars 2017. Väldigt mycket funk på doften, känns komplex. I smaken finns citrus, grape, äpple och lite läderaktiga toner. Ganska besk (tänk det vita på en grapefrukt vad fan det nu heter på svenska). Suuuuupertorr mot slutet.

Frisk men dankkkk. Väldigt torr! Min tunga känner: rind, citrus, mineralig. Jättegod men ingen knockout.

LCI. Bière de Beerthday. Nez fermier. Belle longueur en bouche avec des notes boisées et de Bretts. C'est vraiment très bon, un classique des classiques.
