Cleaning up the cellar, hiding in the back. Nice and easy. Moderate acidity and funk. Nice lemon flavor in there with something a little sweet on the finish.

Bottled March 2017. Still pretty fresh tasting. Some of the acidity sharpness has tamed, and the funk is held in check. Always a treat.

The difference age makes! The vinegar nose familiar to this gueze is absent, as much of the fresh "acetic" has smoothed out. Light cheesey funk, tart white grape must, tangy stone fruit, and herbal presence. Finishes quite dry.

Mejora la cosa. Las Geuzes anteriores de Cantillon que había probado, me parecian muy flojas. Aroma a cabra y en boca se nota ligeramente la barrica, funky y se puede hasta mascar.
