Not sure if something was off with my (small 375 cl) bottle, but this feels considerably worse than the one I had on draft, or even bottles from previous years. I still have a few larger bottles, so holding off rating this one for now.

Off bottle: there's an unpleasant dominating cork taste (the bottle was filled till the cork, with no room for air). Woody with a medium raspberry presence and a nice fruity and sour aftertaste. Gets better when it's allowed to breathe. Too bad.

Found the level of acidity a bit too harsh, it’s not a bad beer at all just preferred the Kriek one

A beer I frequently re-visit, love trying each years version. Quiet a few years this has been our Christmas Day meal beer. It’s an outstanding and reliable beer. Full on fruit. Nice levels of sharpness and tartness, totally compliments food.

Un nez sauvage rappelant celui de la brasserie, confiture de framboise, un peu d'acide acétique. Acidité élevée, beaucoup sur le fruit, long en bouche. Paraît beaucoup plus ample que son 5%, la mousse se dissipe rapidement, mais le liquide reste fizzy.

Fullbodied. Gentle raspberry presence, funky and a bit dusty. Woody and sour aftertaste with a touch of herbal bitterness. Terrific.
