De vlierbloesem was een verrassing. Iets wat ik buiten mijn smaakprofiel zou plaatsen. Maar de nieuwsgierigheid overwon. Verrassend lekker. Gedronken bij botteldatum +1 jaar.

2012 bottle in 2022. Tastes and smells of peppers. Sour, lambic, musty peppers. Interesting and weird.

Love this beer. Paint thinner burned off quick and this light herbal funky lambic thing with the perfect carb strode in. Pepper, some of it green bell. Arg ISO

Enjoying it more than I did last time, but it's still very different from what I expect from lambic. Still very banana pepper for me.
