Love this beer. Paint thinner burned off quick and this light herbal funky lambic thing with the perfect carb strode in. Pepper, some of it green bell. Arg ISO

Enjoying it more than I did last time, but it's still very different from what I expect from lambic. Still very banana pepper for me.

Late tap. C’était vraiment très bon! Quand même bien balancé, même délicate. Moins tart que vigneronne et d’autres.
