MissPours brought this back I'm our luggage, last trip. Despite having been to the tasting room twice and largish Cantillon cellar, this was my first Mamouche. Interesting black pepper verging on green pepper. Want to try one with some age on it, now.

A nose with a ton of funk & vinegar. Musty grapes, wet gym socks & Mexican cheese. Oak drives the palate with apple peel tannins & dust. This screams for ripe grapes & gnarley soft cheese. It’s cool on its own, but it needs fruit & cheese 2 b fully enjoyd

Absolute karma win. Brought this as a gift to Obercreek, got gifted a can of Root & Branch in return. Straight win.

I love it when (former) students are open to a new flavour experience, and this one has certainly hit the spot. Absolutely delicious this. The floral notes, the powdery nose, that lovely balanced pucker. Awesome.

Definitely grows on you over time. It was actually really nice after a few sips

Not much elderflower, very dill like. The underlying beer is great as always from cantillon, but I'm not fan of the addition of elderflower
