Armagnac barrels complement this beer so we’ll. It’s amazing how balanced this managed to make this beer considering the incredible amount of flavors going on.

Wow, raisin plein le nez et aussi en bouche. Plutôt low carb avec un beau bouquet funk cantillon. C'est vraiment bon. Lambic tranquille.
