Meget lig de nyere Zenne. Bliver bedre og bedre med temperaturen og til sidst er det en 4.40. Bliver spændende at åbne igen om nogle år 😋

Drink it a higher temperature and is absolutely perfect: lambic funk, minerality, cognac barrel, sour notes, bitter, dense and silky body, medium carbonation, very balanced.

Bière complexe, nez cognac, si bue trop rapidement c’est fort sucré mais aérée, on penche vers une acidité franche puis vient les arômes de raisins, le bois et une amertume qui prolonge les saveurs du cognac, bière à plusieurs arômes et évolutives ! 👌

Nez: le côté raisin fruité même sucré puis le cognac legerement BA; bouche: attaque tres douce avec ce cote sucré raisin lissé au fur et à mesure par le cote lambic acide et amer. Final fruite agreable avec une acidité seche en fond de gorge

Quizás las expectativas eran muy altas... Siempre será una cantillon, pero el tema barrica de cognac es difícil. Eso sí mucha acidez!

During Zwanze Day Thessaloniki. Cognac was very evident in the aroma. Taste was dry, with some cheese, funk and cognac in the aftertaste. ⬆️4.35

Space for evolution, acetic too much present in nose and mouth. Nose is funky, woody and light vinous. Light bodied almost flat. In mouth funk, tart, sweet and lightly acetic finish
