Abv 7% kleur: mistig geel. Geur: fruitig droog en cognac/hout. Smaak: vol, zuurtje, veel houttonen. Cognac is zacht aanwezig.

Soft lemony and grassy funk on the nose accented with wood and distant cognac notes. Palate follows. You almost smell the spirits on the roof of your mouth while sipping.

This is something, the cognac is subtle, but so much going on! Funky, moderately tart, effervescent, full, complex, fruity, a hint of peach and fruit stones.
