A little bit off like polish nail that burns throat a bit in aftertaste. Cognac barrel is pretty good recognizable, and lambic either. Will do like more without the off note. Dry and woody with a medium carbonation.

This is a top lambic. The cognac barrel really sets this apart, giving a chocolate and vanilla character. Light and rich at the same time, very complex. #BottleConditioned

18cl, bottle. Rich, funky, cognac trait, wood barrel. Amazing variant of the regular 50⁰N bottle. Thanks a lot Ahmed E.

More barrel on this one, somewhat wineish. Poured very clear. Beautiful nose and palate.

Comfortably one of the best, if not the best, lambic I have ever had. Subtle and deep lambic base and a dried fruit sweetness from the cognac barrel. Hard to put words to this beer and how good it was.

Cognac barrel adds sweetness, really nice funk. Great.

Denne var det dessverre rett og slett noe galt med. Grusom aroma og smak.

Smooth, cognac infused grapes in the aroma. Light-to-medium body, dryish and somewhat sharp sourness in the mouthfeel. Initially very fruity grapes, maybe hints of apricot and apple, strong earthy & cognacy palate.

Lekker fruitig, wat hout en een vleugje vanille. Mooi zacht/subtiel, cognac in proportie. Hele fijne fles

This tastes like nothing I have ever tasted. It is delicious.

The cognac is very intense(and complex) and combines perfectly with the lambic full of the typical Cantillon funk.
