Very nice rounded flavor start to finish, not overly acidic but still a subtle tartness, not overly apricotty but def present.

Another fun side by side. Apricot vs Apricot. Bokfont Moonwalk 2019 vs. Cantillon Fou Foune 2018. Slight edge to Cantillon.

Initially quite tart but opens up as it warms with pure apricots. 2018 with that aged funk aftertaste. Closing out 2022 with straight apritits
