Fresh "simple" lambic, light body, low tartness, still some hint of sweet, very drinkable compared to blends.

That familiar amazing nose. Light tart/acidity with this young (one year) right-from-the-barrel offering. Too soon but a beautiful foundation on which to build. This will stay three years in a barrel before bottling.

Geel bijna helder 🍺 met geen schuim. G licht zurig, wat fruitigheid, Brett, iets bloemen. S geen CO2, licht zurig, maar niet extreem. Vrij zachte smaak.

Fascinating to get a taster of the 1 year lambic. As expected, it is much sweeter than the Geuze and basically flat.

Flat compared to what you'd get in the bottle. Flavour is still there but not as mature yet(for obvious reasons). Cool that we get to try it at this stage in the process
