2013. Fantastic, but not as good as the 2011. Slightly sharper, especially on the palate. Lovely nose.

Beutiful reddish colour. Some hints of raspberries in the nose. Well balanced sourness. Some citrus in the taste. RB 2008

2007. Thanks Nick B. Super bright less fruity than the 2011, jammy, seedy raspberries but with lemon, cinnamon. Light honey. A touch more acidic, this is fantastic.

2014. Slightly more citrus to complement the raspberry, earth. Vanilla. Lovely.

Tart, zingy with a full on raspberry sourness. I swear i can taste the raspberry pips.. The lambic base compliments and has aged well
