Very easy on the palate. Tart, funky with a lingering aftertaste of earthy berries. This one makes my tongue tingle.

No longer in production eh? Not a problem when you're at Monk's! Absolutely amazing, beautiful light tartness and fruit flavor (raspberry and rhubarb).

Amaaaazing blend of Lou Pepe Framboise and Nath bottled for Monk's Cafe for 20 years of friendship between the Van Roy Family and Tom Peters. Thanks Monk's for providing our first lambic for celebrating Lauren's graduation.
