Close to the kriek from yesterday, just with a far better setting...

I am an absolute sucker for wine grape lambics. This is no exception, just absolutely phenomenal. Super dry and vinous yet fruity

Very prominent grape presence, closer to natural wine than beer; very fresh when cold, not so long but dry finish, as it warms up, the acidity becomes more noticeable

Celebration of closing on a house beer. This was a soft delicate mingling of the grapes and lambic making for a really special and delicious beer.

Cedar woodiness expressing along with a lemony forward grape character from the wine when tasted side by side (by this I mean the wine has a lemony component distinct from std cantillon profile). The woodiness here is much more prominent than most loons

Enjoyed this a lot more than last time. Amazing grape with a bunch of peppercorn. Just like a really good vintage of Saint Lamvinus with some spice.

2017. Deep and complex vinous character. A little more tart than Scarabee but that minerality and deeper funk was so excellent.

Grande bière à un grand endroit pour la fête d’un grand homme. On frôle encore la perfection avec Cantillon.
