de Garde 10th. A bit less complex than I recall it in the past to be. Has a heavier sweetness to it, otherwise a similar profile to the already delicious classic geuze.

Zacht, maar mega complex. Genieten! Uiteraard knetter droog. Neus witte wijn, naast het fraaie zuurtje behoorlijk zoet.

Cognac. Farm. Barnyard. Lemon. Light sour. Then some sweetness from the barrel. Wood too. Great.

2021 год. К коньяку добавилась марсала и ром. Очень мягко. Очень вкусно. Прямо сама деликатность. Гёз и на нем чуть винности плюс ощутимая бочка. Будто бы чистая, но наверное, ромовая. Шикарный образец! Угостил французиков в баре во славу России!

2022 vintage - Very very nice. The Cognac and Masala Barrel is VERY present. No hints of funk, but really enjoyable.

EB from last Friday. Don’t remember the vintage but I suspect fairly young. Balanced, fruity and light funky. Delicious as always!

Mega rare made with wine barrels some desert wine barrels included. Really sharp sour aroma. Rich deep full sour pithy aggressive some really interesting rounding notes possibly from the rum

Among my favorite unfruited Cantillon, probably my favorite. The barrel character was so interesting on this. Bright, funky, citrusy
