Évidemment grand potentiel de garde mais cette bière version 2019 est déjà parfaite car délicate et bien balancée. La rondeur du cognac en fin de bouche est du grand art.

simply amazing, geuze funk , acidity rounded out by the sweetness of the cognac barrel. lambic at it’s best, probably the most well balanced beer ive had the pleasure of drinking

Insane! So complex. Lambic barrel cognac, in that order. Great mouthfeel, soft texture and light carbonation, on point.
