I’ve had multiple vintages of this guy and it’s always all over the place. This guy was opened bout 4 years too soon! Very very young

nose of apples, dried apricot, candied ginger, honey, soft cheese rind addition of artisanal bread, cantaloupe, apricot marmalade and ricola on the palate gritty woody breadth w an intense sour acidic mid palate lift

Like the past vintages I’ve had, it needs time. Definitely off-putting to some regardless… no carb and mostly malt and funk (I still get great citrus notes, albeit rotten, and I love that.) Time does wonders for this one. Sit on it.

De smaak is geweldig maar er lijkt iets mis mee. Hij is enorm vlak, 0 koolzuur. Zuurtje is gewoon mooi.

Vind hem in eerste instantie heel erg lekker, maar heb wel moeite met de nasmaak. Zo bitter dat het me doet denken aan gal...

Not a huge fan. Sour cider like. Little to sharp. Maybe let it age next time. After pouring i read it can age for 20 years 🤣
