Wysoko procentowy lambiczek 🤯 W smaku niesamowicie ciekawe skrzyżowanie lambika z barley wine. Pyszne ale kieliszek w zupełności starczy.

Blown away. Sweet start with a sherry/Madeira raisiny middle and lovely dry finish that lingers. Not much carbonation which is not a criticism. This is fantastic.

Very low carbonation. Sweet up front with a semi dry finish. Drinks similar to a port or vin santo with a slight sourness

Verrassende wending. Heeft wat weg van een barleywine. Sherry, madeira. Iets zout, balsamico azijn-achtig. nootachtig en gedroogd fruit, vijgen.

Quite interesting. Vinous, like a fortified wine. Has the sourness you would expect from Cantillon. Reminds me very much of a tawny port with age.

Wow - very interesting. Very complex flavors ranging from Mild tartness to Brett character to mild roast to some melanoidin like notes. Medium+ body.
