Very rich flavour due to the oxidation. Very different to your usual lambic.

Gerijpt als een port, zuurtje geeft hem zijn doordrinkbare karakter en toch denk ik dat deze geueze betere tijden heeft gehad.

Hij bevalt iets beter dan de vorige keer, maar het blijft voor mij de minste van Cantillon. Zonder koolzuur, bijna niet zuur.

Experimentje van cantillon. Ben er zelf niet uit, is meer wijn. Volgens hun is dit het max abv dat je uit geuze kan krijgen 9a 10% zonder hem te zoet te maken.

This is more of an oxidised wine or beer than a lambic, way to alcoholic and unbalanced

Nutty and earthy, good booziness, definitely get the aging notes. Flat af, and funky with an aftertaste like bile. It's like they made a good beer then accidentally oxidized it and tried to pass it off as a sour. Still best in show for me.

Color y aspecto muy de licor. Aroma suave. Con cuerpo medio, entra suave y deja un sensación mitad amargor, mitad picor. Bastante extraña. Más que una cerveza parece un vino rancio sin el toque avinagrado. Muy maltosa, mucha azúcar pero no es nada dulce

Just plain Weird - Way heavy on the alcohol, and so intense.. The Imp stout of lambics.. Needs at least 5 more years to mellow down.
