Really nice beer. Pours a little above still but no major carb. Smells a little funky but has some cognac type depth to it. Tastes lightly sour, apricot, Concord grape and some heavy oak. First 50n and I'm pretty impressed, great bottle

Soft, acid-free, and that beautiful dry cognac flavor that clings to the roof of your mouth on the finish. This loon brings the taste in bunches, where age may eventually bring the funky complexity. But very good outta the gates.
