12/26/16. Much needed after a couple of the last beers we had. Brussels basement, oak, lemon, flinty minerals, cedar, flowers, pepper, and dust. 4.6

Still my jam. Love old iris, drank liters of all the vintages available over the week end, not one let down. Gets leathery and oaky as hell!

Amazing how this one hasnât changed much in the years. This was a great year for Iris. Super funk and tart. Great lambic showcase and sour soul. Acid on jazz. Loved it.

Outstanding floral. Beautiful robust Lambic. All malty. Grain, cereal, hay, farm. Horse, dryness, leather. Elegant. Slightly sweet. Acidic and bitter. Nice complexity. Moldy, funky. Low-medium bodied, silky, smooth, soft. Woody/oakey. Beautiful. Deep one.
