Great flavor, paleness, tart, barrel sour, but wanted some more effervescence. Seems it was intended to be more naturally fermented but this would be epic if it was more carbonated. Purchased in Copenhagen, shared in San Carlos

Zuurtje is afgezwakt maar smaak is hierdoor mooi in balans zalig geniet biertje. Deze fles gaat wel op vanavond😉

Sure, it’s flat. Like always. But GCB has so much more flavor than Cantillon’s (young) geuze. Lots of oak, citrus, and quite bitter. I think if this were well carbonated it would be much more appreciated and higher rated. 24 Jan 21 bottle date.

Lightly sour citrus and stone fruit, with funk, lots of acidity, and a really dry woody finish. A lovely palate cleanser.

Forgot to check this one in on Friendsgiving! A very nice sour from Cantillon. Only my 2nd Cantillon beer ever. Thank you Eric M.
