Volle zurige smaak met smaak evolutie. Begint gewoon zuur en gaat langzaam naar frambozen zuur. De smaak blijft lang hangen. Zuriger dan een verse.

See 2019 maru hapu ja äädikane ikka. Mingi imelik kõrvalmaitse ka. Lõhn pretty good. Tatraga liiga hästi ei matchi pean tunnistama.

Couple of years on this now and absolutely brilliant, tart/acidic, fruit a plenty and a sharp dry finish. Cheers
