Not as much vin jaune character as 2019/2104 bottles. Probably very nice with a larger pour than just a tasting

What an incredible setting for an incredible tasting! Right on/by Grand Place. Excellent lambic & wine throughout. La Vie Est Belge 2020 - a new blend - is a little underwhelming relative to other blends. The Vin Jaune pairing outclassed it handily.

EB Quintessence Trip April 16-19. Life is indeed Belgian. Curry/walnut-notes are very dominant, almost vulgar, but I must confess I still love it. Mind blowing now but will be even better and definitely more elegant with some age.

Quintessence evening - Always a blast, perfect with *Poularde à "La Vie est Belge" et aux morilles* 👌🥰 Bottled 10.06.2020 // 4.7

4.55. 2020 should not be compared with Vin jaune 2012😂.

EB Quintessence Trip April 16-19. Curry, walnuts and funk. Very nice! Wine was close to a perfect 5.

It improved since bottling, very expressive this time, getting closer to a 2016 profile with loads of walnut oil but still with that Chateau Chalon finesse to it. Expressive but delicate. This beer will always be my GOAT, can only rank the vintages.

15 avril. Salle Ogivale Tasting Moeder. Francis se familiarise avec le Jaune. Estique que c’est bon. Le curry, les noix, le cheese. Want more. Le Pairing avec le Vin Jaune était plus que parfait.

Lõhn on jätkuvalt äge, happelisem kui ma mäletan, puuviljane, kuiv, vürtsikas. Jätkuvalt äge, aga jah, hape on veits tugev.

Unique. Barrel is stronger than most other Cantillon lambics. Very distinct grape flavor that I really like. Abigail S.. was right. 4.85

At the beginning to much. But after a few sipps quite nice and I feel the vin jaune
