Base de lambic tart et fermier, avec un bel apport du houblon qui donne une légère amertume qui étonnamment fit tellement bien avec le style. Pensait pas aimer autant. De toute beauté !

This is just great. Medium tartness muted by the barrel flavors. Amazingly complex.

Content de goûter une bouteille tout de même assez jeune. Nette préférence vs mon expérience précédente avec une bouteille qui avait pris un peu d'âge. Belle explosion en bouche, belle fraîcheur.

This is just lovely. Floral nose and then dry tart grape skin. Bit of hop there too. Its just excellent

Bière de fête! Très acidulé, mais bien accompagné d'arômes de fruits confits et de pommes. C'est délicieux!
