Summer Lambic! Rhubarb fits this weather perfectly. Tart, sweet and quite fruity! Rhubarb is quite upfront, not overwhelming. Some hints of raspberry and strawberry.

The most expensive 5 ounces of beer I’ve ever had. Tartness shows itself and then pulls back. Finishes light and crisp with subtle acid.

Au nez, Cantillon Gueuze classique (fermier, poussiéreuse, boisée) avec une touche verte et des fruits tropicaux. En bouche, fermier, foin, boisé, rhubarbe ressort bien avec un côté fruits tropicaux. Texture soyeuse et finale très longue fruité complexe

Licht, tikkie dun, sloeberspul. Rabarberextract. Leuk scrabble woord trouwens. Zonder dollen, de rabarber is er niet overheen gevlogen. Licht en vlotjes drinkbaar.

BD 19/06/19. Geur licht funky, iets rabarber/vlierbloesem-ish, lichtjes stoffig, iets hout. Smaak sluit aan, vriendelijk zuur, iets tart, best zacht, wat zure appeltjes, best wel lekker fris, lekker doordrinkbaar. 4+

Unmistakably cantillon. Funky, earthy lambic. Lemon edge. Rhubarb starting to fade. Subtle hints, raspberry edge. Will drink my 2020 bottles fresher.

Clear dark yellow, nice white head. Sour, a bit acidic. Nice sweet rhubarb that lingers, a dry finish. Very nice. Thanks Lucas!
