Beer 3K with the guy who told me about UT back in the day. Thanks for the assist Chris W. and Josh M. in getting this long time want. Such a great initial fruit flavor, then a burst of acidity and then a great mineral finish. Love it

Maybe a bit beyond its peak. Plenty of apricot, followed by grassy funk and old horse blanket. Soft. Some apple. Leather.

Kwaśne, brzoskwiniowe, mało „lambikowe“ (stajnia gdzieś majaczy po kilku łykach dopiero), za to przyjemnie ściągające.

This has aged absolutely beautifully. Perfect lambic backbone, slight funk. Both deep, candied apricots with slightly underripe peach.

Wow this is still spectacular. Ton of apricot and very restrained acidity. 18 months in the bottle let the funk come out a bit more than fresh.

Abricot / prune jaune au nez. Fruits jaunes sucrés en bouche, sure et astringente. Finale minérale limite terreuse intéressante!
